Our story

SureFire IT began with a shared commitment to helping small businesses thrive by leveraging technology to create a meaningful impact. From the outset, the team has been united by a passion for empowering businesses to see technology as a strategic tool rather than just a cost. This vision, inspired by founder Jesse Jervis’ experiences in enterprise IT, has shaped the company’s growth and culture.

The name “SureFire” was inspired by a phrase from Jesse’s grandfather, embodying the company’s mission to deliver reliable, client-focused IT solutions. Since its founding in 2006, the SureFire team has built a reputation for innovation, strong relationships, and a dedication to doing things “the SureFire way.”

Today, SureFire IT thrives as a trusted provider of Edmonton IT Support, with every team member aligned around the same values of care, collaboration, and excellence. Combining technical expertise with genuine client relationships, the team continues to stand out by delivering solutions that empower clients to succeed.
